The brand’s large stores, often found in out of town retail parks across the UK, sell everything electrical that a student could need. Currys also has an excellent website that allows you to order and then collect from your local Currys store - even on the same day if they have it in stock - which is excellent service.

It isn't live at this current time but Currys often offers a student discount of up to 20% off, normally starting around new term times – keep an eye out for these. You can also find special events in-store throughout the year, and discount codes and vouchers for the online shop.

Our top tip for Currys is to haggle. We have heard from a lot of students who have successfully gained discounts of up to 15% by asking and price matching with other stores. Just make sure you have proof of the price elsewhere when negotiating.
