Returning home determined to bring something new to the UK, itsu was born. The first opened in Chelsea, London in 1997, then itsu Soho opened three years later, followed by 75 more over the next 20 years.

The majority of the Asian-inspired menu is under 500 calories and packed with nutrients, with a third of the menu being plant-based. The majority of options cost under £6, making it an affordable place to go if you're looking for healthy fast food that won't break the bank.
